191 lbs at the dr this morning. Which means up only 1 since last time and the same as the time before.

That's great Kim! You're really holding steady. Have you been exercising or just being creful with eating-or just so busy with the move that you've been active because of that? I can't remember-did you movethis past weekend or are you moving this upcoming weekend or am I totally wrong?

WTG Kim!

Walking last night was way too intense. I started cramping pretty bad and was really uncomfortable, so we slowed down tremendously. I think we'll be taking it at a much slower pace the next 9.5 weeks.

I was also a lot hungrier today. Never had that full feeling like I have had the past week or so. Making homemade pizza right now and it smells DIVINE!

Slowing it down sounds like a good plan. I don;t know how you've kept it up walking so fast! Lately it's been taking me almost 20 minutes/mile when I walk outside with it being warmer/stopping for drinks for me and the kids.

I am thinking about investing in a hand held water bottle that wraps around my hand while I walk. I am going to need one when I start marathon training in November anyway.

I've mainly just been eating better. Though the last week I have done terrible so I was surprised I was not up more. And the move is this weekend.

Yesterday was a horrible day of eating!

We went for a 2 mile walk this morning and I was sweating like a pig!

I had to cut my walk short yesterday and I was INSIDE! It was just miserable here yesterday weather wise. Hopefully pilates today will be better and tomorrow's walk will be a little cooler. Gotta jump on the scale a week from tomorrow, so I NEED my exercise.

I haven't been tracking my food and I really should be.

Despite the 87* temp that feels like 96* we ended up going for a 2 mile walk this morning.

It is so dang hot!

I walked 3 miles yesterday inside with a fan, window unit and regular AC blowing on me. I don't know if I am going to be able to transition back outside next week.

Food for me was terrible Monday and Tues. I gained TWO POUNDS in those 2 days alone. I have already gotten one of them off, and hope to get the other one off before next weeks appt.

I am back to the "so full feeling" and haven't been able to eat as much. I get really really hungry, and then eat about 2 bites and can't do anymore. I have been noshing on fruit for snack though. That seems to be my latest crave.

My braxton hicks kick up so much harder after cardio. Anyone else have this?

Crap...could BH mean that? I never got BH with DS. I definitely don't need baby to arrive yet! I need those next 8.5 weeks!!
I slowed it way down this past week and it has gotten better. My walking partner was out of town, so I treadmilled (like to make up my own words...) instead of walking outside. Slowed down and only went 3 miles instead of 5. I think these next 8 weeks, I'll be headed at that pace more often.

At treadmilled...when I use ours, my son asks me when I'll be done treadmilling.

Slow and steady is better than fast and furious at this point. I've only been able to walk about 10 miles a week because of the heat and some laziness...I could get on the treadmill a little, but sometimes vegging out sounds much better than getting on it.

Yeah, I am going to try our normal 5 tonight, but at a slower pace. Good thing our halfway point we can choose to go 2 directions. One will be a 5 miler, and the other will be a 3 miler. We'll see how I fair at the halfway point.
