What are some healthy snack ideas you know of/like?

Fresh veggies
Fresh fruit
Whole grain bread with some PB
Dry cereal
Sugar free pudding (milk!)
Sugar free jello (maybe not "healthy" but filling and low in calories)
Low salt/no salt chips and salsa
Low salt/no salt pretzels

Definitely non-fat plain yogurt. I love mine with a bit of local honey and roasted sunflower seeds.
And yogurt smoothies rock! 1 banana+1/2 cup berries+1/2 cup plain yogurt+1/2 cup skim milk= a fantastic way to get two servings of fruit, 1 dairy and energy for about 250 calories.
Apples and peanut butter. Super energy!
Celery and reduced fat cream cheese.
Herbal tea. It tastes so good it feels like you ate something.
Eggs. Hard boiled is best but a "fried" egg on a piece of wheat bread will fill you up, give you lots of energy and only cost 170 calories.
Hot chocolate. Most packets are about 100 calories. It takes awhile to drink it so it feels like a big sweet treat.

I love the apple or celery with pb I also do wheat crackers with cheese...

pite of plain bagel (like about 1/4) and sometimes with cream cheese
I also do the pretzels

animal crackers, no frosting, just the plain ones. I pour a serving out (usually about 13) and snack on those for a while

I also like the yoplait light creamy yogurts, they are 100 cal and have splenda and not the aspartame stuff...

OOOh... hot choc... I had that the other day and yep, it was a GREAT treat!

I love dips and home made organic spelt bread, things like hommus, beetroot and nut dips with feta etc... Maybe they aren't the lowest calorie but they are filling without having to eat too much and they are satisfying
So much in love with hubby & Bub!
