I think you look great!
I feel ya on the backroll-unlove though, even at the skinniest I've ever gotten (size M, back in 2006, lol) I still have a definite back roll. Not friends with it. At all. My closest companion, but my dearest enemy.

you look like pregnancy isn't kicking your @ss quite so hard anymore! ;D I'm quite happy myself to not have people be like, "you look tired..." all the time anymore. hehe.
