We just got one this weekend for DH's birthday and LOVE IT! Last night I did 15 minutes of "moderately intense" workout on there and felt great! It's not a lot but it was a step in the right direction...if anyone else has it, what's your routine like on there?
I haven't touched mine in forever. Ooops! I did use it every day for about 6 months and then I just got bored with it. I know there are other exercise games you can buy for your Wii Fit (Jillian Michaels is one) so I've been considering buying other games because I got bored with the ones that came with the Fit.
We have one! Once upon a time when I had energy, I used to do the step aerobics -- if you log so many hours, you can set it up where you can exercise and watch regular TV at the same time. I'm hoping to start back up again next week while I'm on break.
The hula hoop one is fun too -- although, I've never done it while preggo!
I agree with you Melissa. The Wii Fit+ is fun to play with my kids but the downtime between strength exercises and yoga positions(and the trainer chatter, urg, stop telling me I'm shaky when I'm trying to focus!) is very irritating! The game did help me learn better body balance during positions though so I can do them much better off of the board now.
I only use it now to weigh in and play with my kids. I think it's a decent educator for my homeschool P.E. classes.
