I love it, but I want something else to rotate with it on days I don't want to do cardio. I'm looking into Pilates dvd's, just wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Feel free to share your favorite!
I don't have any that are pregnancy related, but I've heard that Yoga Booty Ballet Baby on the way is supposed to be pretty good. I'm actually looking for a good pregnancy workout, so thanks for the recommendation, Carrie!

I just ordered Denise Austin's Fit and Firm Pregnancy, should be coming in any day and I can't wait! I absolutely LOVE her and credit her morning workout shows on Lifetime and Bootcamp DVD to getting me in the best shape ever after my first baby!!
I've only done it twice! Eek! Well, both times it left me quite sore but at the same time wasn't TOO hard to complete. Don't get me wrong, it was tough but not so tough I wanted to just give up. Lot's of squats and butt and thigh stuff. It has a different workout for each trimester. It also has an express workout option, I might actually check that out today! What I liked most about it is that it is simple to follow and that it has workouts tailored to your trimester.
