I'm tired of bleeding and spotting! It's going to drive me right into a psych ward!

3 weeks ago today it started ... a trip to emerg and an u/s showed nothing wrong.
2 days after the emerg trip during follow-up my Dr said that everything was closed tight and that again no cause of the bleeding .....
I've spotted for the last 2 weeks ... ranging from pink to red to brown .... I think that maybe 3 or 4 days I had nothing.
Yesterday at work I start bleeding more .... red and def more then spotting .... I came home right away ... got into bed .... this morning it was brown but now starting red again. It is never enough for a pad ... just lots on the TP when I wipe!
I see my Dr at 12:30 ....

What the crap is happening to me????? This is my 3rd pregnancy and I NEVER had anything like this (is this what I get for not having m/s????)

I know I have a couple of fellow bleeders/spotters in this DDC.... any insight?????

I hope the morning goes by quickly for you so you can get in with the doctor. I hope everything is okay. I'm sure it must be very nerve wracking. Sorry you're having to deal with this.

My first thought that comes to mind is placenta previa? I hope everything is ok!

I'm so sorry you are going through this. I'm sure it is terrifying, especially since you didn't have anything like this with your other two. I hope that they are able to find a cause to put your mind at ease and that it is something not to worry about. KUP!

It sounds like a placenta issue... I wonder if they missed something on the u/s. Good luck and keep us posted on what your doc says!

I had it happen around 16-17weeks with my 15yr old. It was caused by a spot on the placenta.

I spotted/bled with Matthew up until around around 12 weeks.
With this one up until 8 weeks.
Both of those causes were a pocket of blood next to the pregnancy that had to work it's way out.

Spotting and bleeding is NO FUN I am sorry you are going through this. I would ask for another u/s and see if they can try to figure it out for you. I would not trust an ER scan to figure it out personally. Maybe have a talk with your doc and see if they will agree to a scan.

I hope the bleeding goes away for good.

i'm so sorry hun! i'm going through the same thing - i started spotting at 4 weeks and ever since then have been on and off with no reason that they can find. i've also ranged from brown to pink, to bright red to clotts - it totally sucks. i think i would have gone super bonkers without my doppler and my awesome ob how is understanding. Do you or DH have RH neg...if so you may want to ask if your doc thinks you need a Rhogahm shot. i got one at 13 weeks because of the spotting and will get one every 12 weeks. sending you HUGs!!!!!!!!

Awww... Stacey! I'm so sorry you are going through this. Such a tough road, emotionally. I hope your doctor is able to shed some light on things. I'm with the other gals, could be something with the placenta, or it could be a cyst causing this... I'm not sure, but maybe he'll be able to really look long and hard for a reason this time.

((HUGS)) sweetie. I can't imagine how dificult this could be!
