Have you changed your bottle nipples to a medium or fast flow yet? Over the weekend, we started Major on fast flow nipples and he is such a better eater now. I think he was getting lazy on me with the slow flows... like sucking hard was too exhausting or something cause he was taking 30 minutes to finish some feedings and he wasn't burping well. Now he finishes his bottles with lightning speed and he burps like a champ.

Yep. Jayden cries whenever he has anything less than a fast flow nipple.

I'm gonna have to try that. Owen has been eating so slowly sometimes and even falling asleep. I was thinking he was just warm and snuggly from being held, but maybe he's just lazy

Hrm, I haven't changed nipples. I will have to look into that, but Harrison is doing a good job on them right now, so I won't fix it till it is broken. He is a little piggy though.. 4oz bottles are out of the question!!

We changed Owen's a few weeks ago and he's a better eater now too. He doesn't have the patience for the slow nipples now.

We're still using slow flow...but I'm also still BF in the evenings, and I've heard to stick with slow flow nipples if switching back and forth.

we are mainly using medium flow. It seems the fast are still a little fast. Hoping that once he is better the fast may work. Right now just to much with the congestion.

I noticed Dashaun has slowed down in how fast he eats and sometimes falls asleep on his bottle. I plan to start them when he turns 3 months. It can be his 3 month birthday present...lol

I have such a love hate relationship with bottles. I've switched nips to fast flow and tried medium flow because of the rice starch in the formula and argh. It's either blocked or too flowing. I can't find a good nipple that just flows easily and doesn't choke him. lol

I never even thought about switching her nipples yet, I guess I could switch because she takes FOREVER to eat, and always leaves about on ounce left, then 2 hours later shes hungry again

Just switched to medium Flow nipple today as Dania turned exactly 3 months old .For me it is just one supplement bottle at night but still slow flow was staking forever for her to finish her bottle.

We changed to level 2 nipples about two weeks ago. We use a formula that has added rice and Level 1 nipples just weren't cutting it. Kept getting clogged and Laila didn't appreciate it one bit.

We are getting medium flow nipples this friday. Vincent is doing horribly on the slow flow nipples. He takes 30-45 mins to eat and is always falling asleep while eating.

When he gets bottles it's the slow flow...I did try the Medium flow (Drop-In's for 3months +) and the milk was just dripping down his chin.

It hasn't even crossed my mind. I don't think Simon needs it yet because he seems to be eating fine. Do they make playtex latex nipples for the dropins in anything other than slow? Going to look now...

found 'em
