Museum of Science and Industry | Exhibits | YOU! The Experience | The Exhibit | Your Beginning | Make Room for Baby | Make Room for Baby

I just paused it on 13-16 weeks and stared at it for like 20 minutes

Yep, I was just at the museum again a few weeks ago and showed my boys the exhibit...hubby was stunned.

They also have an exhibit showing the different stages of development in fetuses...real fetuses that had been miscarried. It was sad but neat to see a real human fetus at the same number of weeks that I was currently at....it was amazing...a miniature baby with all the parts...very precious.

Oh cool! This is right by me (well 30 minutes or so!) Maybe we'll take our boys to visit it. I think our oldest would be fascinated!

That was posted here a while back I think because I remember looking at it and being pretty horrified once all the organs are so smooshed you can't even see them anymore.

We're trying to schedule a vacation to Chicago next month...but DH won't go to that exhibit because they are real dead babies.

I will. And I'm taking Sierra with me!!! (My son gets to go to Disneyworld for a week with his grandpa!!!) She will appreciate it.
