Where can I find any?? We want to do a Giraffe themed nursery but I cannot for the life of me pay $130-150+ for a small nursery set. We want it to be pink and there is a nice one at Super Baby Mall for $150 but realistically, how long are we going to use it? I'm not totally opposed to doing natural giraffe colored nursery but those are expensive as well. Giraffe's have a significant meaning for DH and I which is why we want to do it... I don't know if it would be cheaper to make a nursery set?

Maybe you could pick out a plain bedding set and do a mural or something on the walls with giraffes?

It's hard...I think $150 sounds VERY reasonable if it includes the bumper, blanket, sheets, and crib skirt.

Baby bedding IS expensive...why? Because manufacturers KNOW you'll fall in love with it and WANT it...I had the HARDEST time clicking BUY last night on the bedding we're getting, but I KNOW I'll love his room and it's worth it.

You could always buy a blanket and then do a plain bumper and stuff to match...check out etsy, they have beautiful ones!

I agree that bedding sets are super expensive. Try checking Craigslist too, maybe even putting up a wanted ad for it.

Yep, it's true. The bedding set I'm looking at is $163.92. I think I paid about $180 last time I bought a bedding set but it lasted through 3 babies. That's the nice thing about buying gender neutral.
I say go for it. She will use it the entire time she's in her crib, probably at least 2 years. And then if you move her to a toddler bed, you can continue to use it.
Yes, it's expensive. I still haven't bought the set I've been eying since yesterday because it's a lot of money to part with.

I agree with Etsy.com! You can e-mail a lot of the people who do special request bedding and tell them what you're looking for and your price range and they'll tell you what they can do.

Here's one I found, way pricey though but good example
