I won't be doing much today. We had reservations booked for today at our restaurant so DH is working... and we'll be having our family Easter dinner tomorrow and doing baskets for the girls then (good thing they're too young to know any different). I'm going to the restaurant later on with Alex, SIL and niece so we can eat with our DH's before closing time.
Quiet day here, too. Hubby's off work tonight but didn't get to go to bed until late. Kids have candy... and the bunny hid a couple of Cadbury's for my sake. (Under threat of removal of appendage. ) Chicken strips in the oven; not sure what's for supper. Whatever hubby decides to cook, probably. LOL Hamburger steaks, maybe, and fish tomorrow.
Remember the reason for the celebration! Share it with your children. And if you don't believe, or are looking for more - maybe today would be a good day to reconsider, and consider life's purposes.
Much thanks to Alethia for my beautiful siggie and tags!!
I was just over at my best friends house and I got to see her little (almost 2) year old niece search for eggs in the yard! It was SO cute!
Just think, this time next year we will be able to dress our babies up in pastels in celebration! Haha!
Hope everyone has a great day!
