I think BFing is making me so freakin' hungry all the time! It's hard to eat healthy when you're starving! LOL! So, I went to the store yesterday and bought a bunch of good stuff that I can snack on. Hope it helps, cuz I haven't done too great on eating this week.
Oh my! I know! I feel like I'm ALWAYS hungry, and I crave sweet stuff. I finally started putting brown rice and veggies in my rice cooker in the morning and snacking on it during the day when I get hungry. For sweet stuff I eat fruit, it really helps. Still not losing weight though
I snack on rice cakes - I have the caramel and the white cheddar ones right now. In the fridge we have cut up broccoli and cauliflower - that's probably going bad - cuz I forgot about it for a few days! Other than that - sunflower kernels are awesome at keeping my appetite down - a handful of those and a bottle of water go a long way. Now....if I'd just do that more!
