Hey girls! Here I am! I've been working out since my 6wk PP check, Zumba Tues,Thurs&Sats and c25k Mon,Wed,Fri ... Sun is my lazy day! I weight 225.. trying to get to 145! I know I can do this because last year I lost 80lbs before getting pregnant. I was 275 !!! I need some major motivation though.
I'm in the same boat! Lost a little over 90 lbs in 2008. Went from 298 to 200. Now I am hovering in the 215 area. I know I can do it I just need to find the motivation to get my butt in gear. I used to be so dedicated and good at eating healthy and that all went out the window during pregnancy Someone needs to give me a swift kick in the you know what!
I'm doing C25K too on mon, wed, friday. Just completed day 2! I have been trying to lose the same 40 pounds for like a year now. My youngest is 14 months. It is so time to get it into gear and just do it already!
