Okay so I'm finally going to do it! I'm starting on a weight watchers plan tomorrow.......hopefully I can stay motivated. I'm tired of having nothing fit me.

Good luck! I really like the WW program. I do WW online (when I actually have time to get online to track everything). I lost 20lbs using WW a few years ago, and my mom & sister have both been successful with it, too. Hope it goes well for you!

I'm on it again too! I did really well with it a few years ago. It's not hard to stick too as long as you remember your flex points and use them!

So it's 4 o'clock and so far so good. I got the extra points for BFing so that helps a TON. But, the leftover Easter candy is still really hard to resist. Thanks for the support ladies.

Does WW online cost? I have no time to go to a meeting, but know nothing about it online. I used to keep track of points about 11 years ago (and have off and on since then) but that was before the flex points and whatnot. I need to do SOMETHING..this is ridiculous.

I think it's about $15/month for WW online. Definitely cheaper than going to meetings. But even the $15/month seems to be a waste of money for me...I just don't have time to get online and keep track...esp in the evenings.

I did WW online before I got pregnant. So I kind of remember the basic idea of it. This time around I don't have the money for the actual program, so I just google searched WW. I was able to find the formula to calculate your daily points and a calculator to calculate the number of points in each food. And there are tons of free recipes on their website anyway. So I'm doing it for free

I am doing WW by myself also...well DH is doing it also (though I am not impressed with the new way of calculating points for the day...he gets more than me. boo! just cause of being a boy....ok so I am jealous). The snacking is the hardest for me...I want to snack all day. I did WW 8 years ago going to meetings so I know that I can do this...and DH is helping by doing it also so there is accountability to each other. But I want to snack non stop and I never crave veggies.

I need to do something. I lost 23+lbs after I had Elias and I have gained it all back. I dont want to gain anymore. If you could share what you are doing and how you are doing it for free, I would totally appreicate it.

You don't have to ask, yes we know what causes it, and since you're asking and dont, google might be a nice place to start.
