I have atleast 3 big boxes of size 1 diapers, that I got at my baby shower. Aleeya was in newborn size for the longest time, and has only been in size 1 for a month or so. She has grown so fast, that I know I will need to start using size 2 next week. Can I exchange the diapers I got as gifts to Walmart or something, without receipts? I would love to be able to trade them in for size 2 diapers.

I think you can as long as you know the exact store where it was purchased. Walmart has the best return/exchange policy. They're so easy...no questions or hassle. It's worth a try!

You can exchange them but I think they have a limit on how many you can exchange. I'm not sure if you could exchange all 3 boxes at the same store on the same day. Call and ask what their policy is

Well I could always just exchange on an as-needed basis (1 box at a time.) I am pretty sure my MIL got them on amazon.com, but they are the same as the ones sold as wal mart.

I bought some Huggies at Kmart last week (with coupons) and exchanged them at Walmart for Pampers yesterday after finding out that we don't like Huggies. I just told them it was a gift, so I didn't have a receipt.

We tried to exchange a box of Pampers bought at Target at Wal-Mart. They wouldn't take em. Even tho they have the SAME EXACT DIAPERS on their shelves!

Maybe the UPCs didn't match. Walmart usually takes everything back.

I've done it before, I got way too many diapers for DS#1 and he outgrew them too fast, Wal-mart took them back & gave me either a gift card or the cash, I can't remember.

Target is extremly strict, so I def. wouldn't take them back there.
