I'm sure in about a week you'll notice a change.  I don't think we notice changes in our own bellies that much, at least I don't lol.

The dramatic changes seem to go in spurts, they do with me too. The growth will seem to stall and then all of a sudden, WHAM! Big bump! You look great! You're bump will be adorable til the big day, I bet!
