Ok ladies I need to know your secrets. How are you losing weight? I am nursing so I feel hungry all the time, which doesnt help my waistline. If I wasnt nursing I would use something for my appetite. What are you eating? Are you working out alot? Just walking? Any info would be great.
I went to the Dollar Tree, got a cheap notebook that I keep in my kitchen and I write down every calorie I consume. It take a lot of time, but it's worth it! I have also joined my local YMCA and I go there in the mornings and take their classes....mainly just spin classes, but a couple yoga's here and there. I'm thinking about stopping eating breads for awhile, but not sure about that one yet I try to keep my caloric intake to less than 1200 and it's really not that hard. I don't know how it will be for you since you're breastfeeding!! GOOD LUCK!!
