MMM... So I was going through recipes and this is one that my grandma has mastered... Me, not so much; but still working on it
beat together 3eggs, 2/3 cup sugar, 1/2 t salt, 1/3 cup melted butter, 1 cup dark syrph.
Mix in 1 cup pecan halfs
pour into pastry lined pan
bake 375 for 40 to 50 mins
I have made it with the little bitty pre-made pie crusts and my DS loves it!!! with a little cool-whip and crushed pecans on top ( I know what's going on my grocery list )
Rocky Road Candy
total cooking time 5 min.
1pkg.(12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
1pkg (12oz) butterscotch chips
1/2 cup butter
1pkg (10 1/2 oz) miniature marshmellows
In 4-quart microproof mixing bowl . Combine chocolate,butterscotch, & butter.
Cook on 70 (roast) for 5 min. or until melted.
Fold in marshmellows & nuts
Spread in buttered 13x9 pan .
Refigesrate until set about 2 hours cut into squares. 45 servings
