Marinate chicken in a gallon size ziploc- either day of grilling or overnight
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves of minced garlic
1 TBSP white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
Grill chicken till done
Dressing (I x4 the dressing because there are 5 of us, amt. listed is probably enough for 2 people)
3 TBSP olive oil
1 1/2 TBSP white whine vinegar
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
Dash of sugar (when I make it for 5 of us I use 1 TBSP sugar)
Whisk until smooth.
I use fresh red leaf lettuce because it's so yummy...cover your plate with the lettuce and cute up your chicken breast, drizzle with dressing...add some cherry tomatoes if you like them Enjoy! SOOO good and good for you!
