This could be a good sub-forum topic that I know I would particiapte in and that would help us all stay motivated to keep on the right track! Even if people are trying to simply maintain their weight it could still help them to achieve that!
So I weigh myself every Wednesday morning before I eat anything for the day this way I'm being consistent every week! This was the first week that I had really changed my eating habits and began eating only healthy to start shedding some pounds. AND............
Last Wednesday morning (6/16): 164 lbs.
Today (6/23): 155.8 lbs!!!!! That's a weight loss of 8.2 lbs!!!
Now I know that the first week is always the best because my body is shocked from the huge change in diet and next week I could very well lose nothing or even gain a pound or two, but Wow 8 lbs!!!! what motivation for me!!!
Anyone else interested in doing this? I will start posting mine every week!! If I know people are looking at my progress it will make me try really hard to do good!!
