Since I'm a huge fan of trying out new recipes and stuff I thought I'd start this thread off! This is a South Beach diet recipe and it literally takes about 10 minutes to make and makes A TON!!! It also freezes really well!
1 lbs lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 small onion
1 16 oz can chopped tomatoes
3 16 oz cans undrained Mexican style beans
1 16 oz can whole kernel cornn (undrained)
1 4 1/2 can chopped green chilis
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 envelope dry ranch dressing mix
Cook beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain and rinse. Mix beef mixture with all other ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes! Thats it!!
