Today 6/24/10:

Sugar free chocolate pudding pack (1p)

Vitamin gummies (0p)

Capellini pomodora (sp) (4p)

1 bread stick (3p)

Broccoli (0p)

Spinach Salad with a hard boiled egg, tbsp of bacon bits, grape tomatoes and 10 spritzes of wishbone Italian spritzer (5p)

Roasted sliced chicken wrap with olives (5p)

Reese's fast break fun size (2p)

Apple slices with sugar free caramel dip (1p)

3 glasses of diet coke (0p)

2 glasses of unsweet tea (0p)

3 20oz bottles of water (0p)

4oz of grape juice (1p)

For a total of 22 points. I'm supposed to take in 30 points but I just can't seem to eat that darn much.

Boo.

By all means! Comment away! I have a really hard time meeting my required eating though I'm supposed to use 27-29 points per day and be taking in a minimum of 1400 calories. Boo. I just don't find time to eat more than a handful of something at a time. And I'm super picky about portion control.

Gosh I'm such a slacker!

Let's see if I can at least remember this whole weekend.

July 2nd:
Carnation Instant Breakfast shake

Pot roast with sweet potatoes, carrots and celery
barley

Omelette with mushrooms and tomatoes

July 3rd:
Carnation Instant Breakfast

Salad with blackbeans, corn, and cucumbers (oilnvinegar dressing)
Half Turkey sandwich
nachos
Special K blueberry/ nonfat milk

Reese's fastbreak funsize


July 4th:
Special K blueberry w/ nonfat milk
banana

Roast Chicken, tomato and spinach wrap
caramel pudding sugarfree YUM

Onion Soup
Grilled Salmon and broccoli, carrots, sugarpeas and squash

Reese's Fastbreak funsize
