I've decided to start one of these because i'm hoping that writing it all down will help me eat healthier. My diet has been pretty bad lately. My weight is back down and i'm back into all my old clothes but i'm not eating well and haven't been working out so i don't feel healthy
June 27, 2010:
Breakfast: Bowl of multigrain cheerios w/fat-free milk Snack: Fiber one bar Lunch: Chicken and rice w/gravy, chocolate milkshake from Sonic Snack: Watermelon Dinner: 2 pieces of pizza, cauliflower (w/butter & seasoning for flavor), cottage cheese
*Note: I only drink fat-free milk so after this post i will no longer specify*

Breakfast: Bowl of honey bunches of oats, fiber one bar Snack: peanut butter & crackers, glass of milk Lunch: Um i guess i didn't technically eat a "lunch", just snacks Snacks: Watermelon, cookies & cream ice cream Dinner: Cup of noodles, mashed potatoes
Work-out: 100 jumping jacks, 40 crunches
Soooooo i didn't do the best today.. i think i actually should've eaten more. My problem is the foods i have been eating aren't that healthy. And i also have barely any food in my house at the moment because i really need to go grocery shopping!
