I am starting this, not because I think I eat unhealthily or too much...but because I am looking for certain dietary changes over the past several months to help me out with my health and would love to be able to look back and say THAT's when I started feeling better, when I ate a lot of ______.
And I just love food and want to be part of the food diary club!
Rice Krispies with almond milk and one piece of rice-flour toast with cherry jam.
Grilled chicken, mushroom risotto and red romaine salad.
Carrots and hummus.
Leftover grilled chicken on corn tortillas with avocado, tomato and lettuce. Tortilla Chips with Salsa. Strawberry Banana smoothie.
I picked some up at a local cherry orchard...it's sort of like cherry jam mixed with peanut butter as far as consistency...but it's addicting! I spread it on crackers, sandwiches, or just dip whatever I can find in it, lol. I've never seen it at a grocery store, but we have a lot of cherry orchards here in Michigan so it's pretty easy to come by...and cherries are in season right now, yumm!
