6/29/10
B: Special K - Chocolately Delight w/ fat free milk
L: Grilled Chicken Salad w/ Light catalina dressing
D: Dinner salad w/ fat free tomato basil dressing & 1 dinner roll
S: 1 serving fat free pretzels

2 diet sodas & couple glasses of water (not enough!!)

6/30/10
B: Special K - Chocolately Delight w/ fat free milk
L: 2 pieces of homemade pizza (I made it with regular pizza crust which was prolly not the best. I used turkey pepperoni and fat free mozzerella cheese for toppings).
D: Haven't had dinner....prolly won't.
S: 2 servings of reduced fat wheat thins and fruit cup

1 diet soda & water (did better on the water today!)

Well since I weighed today I'm prolly gonna go eat some ice cream to have a little cheat and that way I have a whole week to make up for it! lol Or maybe I'll have a bowl of cereal instead (that would be the better alternative!!) who knows........

7/1/10
B: Cinnamon raisin bagel w/ 1/3 less fat cream cheese
L: Haven't had any lunch. Not having a good day and don't feel like eating. Trying to drink water tho!

Stephanie - I just feel like I don't have a whole lot of time during the day to eat! And I'm trying really hard not to overdue it on the calories!
