I'm going to start doing this because I know I'm not eating enough during the day. I absolutely don't remember what I ate yesterday so I'll just start with today so far

June 30th:

Breakfast:
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1cup whole milk (in oatmeal but normally use 2%)
  • 1/2 a banana

Lunch:
A bowl of fruit (papaya, blueberries, pineapple and blackberries)

Snack:
  • hummus
  • 2 pieces of magic pop i think it's called. used it to eat the hummus

Dinner:
6 pieces of sushi

Snack:
sweet potato chips

Drinks for today:
  • fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 11.5 oz of coconut milk
  • can of natural diet gingerale (can we say GROSS)
  • 33.8 oz of water (i normally drink 4 16.9oz bottles a day)

Kims Magic Pop- Freshly Popped Multigrain Snack Cake
That's a link to the magic pop. My stepmom is a heath food junkie so she made me try it and it was pretty good.

I went to the supermarket and got all sorts of yummy healthy stuff so hopefully I'll get myself into eating better. I didn't work out today (6/30) but I intend to tomorrow. Maybe I'll go on the treadmill twice to make up for today.

July 1st:
Breakfast:
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal w/1 cup 2% milk
  • a whole banana
  • small glass of Naked Juice (protein zone one)
  • 1 bottle of water

Snack:
  • 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • blueberries
  • black berries
  • 1 bottle of water

Lunch:
  • Turkey sandwich (4 slices of turkey, 1 slice of american cheese, light mayo & 2 slices of WW whole wheat bread)
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1 bottle of water

Snack:
  • 1 peach
  • 1 plum
  • 1 bottle of water

Dinner:
  • 4 organic whole wheat ravioli's w/organic sauce
  • 5 olives lol
  • a few pieces of platanos maduros
  • 1 bottle of water

Snack:
Even though it's midnight I want some yogurt. My tummy is talking to me!

I did a half hour heath walk on the treadmill where the speed went as high as 4mph and the incline goes up to 6%. I have the Reebok EasyTone sneakers and I swear they made it that much harder. Then my stepmom and I went to Whole Foods, Trader Joes and then to a mall...I had my sneakers on the whole time so I really feel like I got an amazing leg workout today. Plus carrying a 13+ pounder gave my arms a workout lol. And for my personal usage...I weighed 128.5lbs this morning.
