not looking for a debate. just curious how many are breast feeding, bottle feeding, or both. as for me, i'm sad to say that i will not be breast feeding this baby. there are a lot of reasons. i breastfed my son for 4 months before i couldn't do it anymore. i will pump and feed to baby for a month or so, though. if you are really interested in my problems, feel free to ask!

IM curious! I had A TON of issues breast feeding Avery, which I am sad to say was lack of support ( not from Cory, from drs etc) and too much interference. I will be EBF this baby for hopefully a year!

I'm not sure - since this is my first baby. However, I think I will either completely bottle feed or try to a little of both.

I will be breastfeeding Mason until age 2 or until he self weans....whichever comes first!
To the ladies choosing formula...you're all wonderful mommies!!!  Breastfeeding is hard!!! I tried with my oldest and he refused to latch, I was told by 3 lactation consultants to give up! So he was formula fed. Preston was a preemie and I knew that breastfeeding was especially important for him so I went to support classes every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon until he was 9 months old!

I am breastfeeding for as long I and baby are able. My goal is 1yr, but my longest has been 11mo before the baby lost interest. I pump and bottle feed for sitters, family when going out after we are well established (8wks in at least), and I prefer no formula, but hey, emergencies come up and I won't have a fit if baby is feed the occasional formula if necessary. I let the baby wean herself. I will be honest, sometimes breastfeeding is exhausting.

Booby feeding all the way until they self wean. I'm still nursing Sawyer and will probably tandem nurse for a while after this lil man gets here, unless Sawyer loses interest.

I haven't decided. I pumped exclusively for brianna for 6 weeks.. I'm hoping to EBF this one for a while and pump/bottle after I go back to work.

with hunter ill see how it goes with breastfeeding but since ill be the only one able to obviously it will be very difficult with a toddler, let alone MY toddler.. but im going to try it
i never was able to with hunter, really.. i had to milk it and (not with a pump as those didnt even work).. and it got to be to much after 2 weeks.. but during then he was supplementing with a bottle as well
but i personally dont mind formula so it wont kill me if it doesnt work out

I will be breastfeeding my little guy probaby up until a year. I will also pump as well, mainly so that if me and dh want to go out, and also so that sometimes dh and the kids can be involved in the feeding/bonding process as well.

BF'ing probably until around a year. My first daughter self-weaned at 11 months, and my second would still be nursing if I let her! She nursed until January, when she was 21 months.
