Wow I have been slacking. I've been being bad. My joints and fatigue have been giving me a lot of grief lately and I've become resentful since my diet is so health-conscious it just doesn't seem fair; so I have been letting myself cheat on gluten lately. I even drank alcohol yesterday! We went out for our anniversary

Breakfast: Organic granola with fresh local blueberries and almond milk
Lunch: RIce pasta with feta cheese, artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes, fresh local peaches and blueberries
Dinner: Brace yourself for this one---- Crab cake slider appetizer, two sangrias, mahi-mahi tacos with himalayan red rice and beans, avocado, feta cheese, pico di gallo, cilantro and arugala.
Dessert DH and I split a dessert sampler with white chocolate raspberry gelato, chocolate cheesecake and creme brulee. Yes, it was to die for.
