Below is my weightloss ticker. This is not for the pregnancy weight to come off as it has pretty much all came off. The rest of it is just what I've been wanting to loose for a while now to get back to my healthier weight!
Weight training is my fav, I like seeing the changes in my body from weight training but I started running this week, hate it LOL but I would like to lose a few inches from my hip/thigh area and I think I need cardio so I shall run but every step of it I hate!
jogging...you burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. Plus, it can be relaxing.
I did enjoy body attack classes when I went, but I had to give that up due to finances. I would burn 1000 calories in an hour.
