I know we all are doing different things to work out. I personally do videos (mainly strength training) then cardio on the treadmill. Just now I did a 15 min upper body workout and 30 min on the treadmill.
So what vids are you doing? What do you like about it?
I was LOVING the 30 day shred but my joints have been hurting me and I had to stop doing it for the time being. I loved that it is a short workout but you definitely are getting a good one. I hope to be able to do it again at some point.
I saw it at WalMart & got it solely because I used to watch her show on Bravo...and have you seen her abs? Yea...I thought I could trust her! I LOVE IT! There are 5 different circuits: 40 min total body, 15 min total body, 15 min upper body, 15 min lower body & 15 min abs. So far I've only done upper and lower body. The UFC's in the lower body one kicked my arse! The upper body wasn't too bad but I could've just used heavier weights. I try to not kill my upper body since I do have a baby I have to carry around lol. How she does it is you do 3 different work outs for one specific muscle group for a minute each. the last minute is called the power burn and you basically do all of the 3 moves in that one minute...and boy does it BURN. I attempted the abs workout today but I'm not going to push my luck and have ashlyn wake up from her nap (omg she's been sleeping for 1.5 hrs!).
So that is my recommendation for now...what are you guys doing and liking?
Darn, I was gonna suggest the 30 day shred. That is the only video that I have tried and actually like. It was simple to follow and I loved that it came with results!
My muscles are so sore I had to skip workout today, or yesterday since its technically a diffrent day. Im hoping I could go today, Im still feeling so sore.
Right now I've jut started walking and doing some strength training exercises at home afterwards. I want to get a few videos though so I'll have something for when it's raining or when it gets cold out next winter (our winters are the WORST!) Thanks for the tip! Sorry I don't have anything to suggest, I've never really been a video workout type person, I used to workout at the gym but right now that's not a good option for me so this is really my first time trying to do it on my own at home...we'll see what happens. I know that way back my mom had the Tony Little videos and they worked really well and she saw results really fast, but his voice is super annoying so I'd probably watch it on mute.
I use to do it twice a day! I should really get it for days when I cant make the gym.

I want a Wii Fit! I'm jealous. I messed around w/my aunt's and liked it. I really liked the Jenny McCarthy workout. Mini disclaimer: I did my messing around when I was 7 months preggo so I guess anything at that point felt like an awesome workout to me lol
I'm sure it'd be SUPER impressed with your massive weight loss! I bet for me the Jenny McCarthy one would be like d@mn girl you can do crunches now...and get off the floor w/out rocking yourself back & forth like a beached whale!
