Today at the Y, and I was soooo afraid Levi would not be happy in the daycare and I would have to leave early sooo, I ran to a stairstepper (IMO the hardest cardio equip in the gym), strapped on some extra weight to my arms (to burn extra calories by weight) and worked as hard as I could, certain they would come get me in 10 minutes after I started....so 5, 10, then 15 minutes pass and they haven't come to get me?! I worked so hard in fear of cutting workout short I was overexerted in 23 minutes. I climbed 70 floors with an extra 6 pounds strapped on. Then I did about 100 abs on the ab machine, including upper, lower, left and right. Felt great, and still no crying baby to pick up!!!! So I took Kayleigh out of daycare and into the pool for about a half hour, called it my cooldown (literally) and I am feeling like day one of exercise was a SUCCESS! and I can't wait to go back tomorrow!

Seriously! Even at my fittest, this machine would kick my tail in like 2 minutes. I can't keep myself on it long enough to get a good workout. The lactic acid burn is just too much, same with the bike machines.

I feel like a bum. I don't have a routine or a gym membership.

I am jealous of your motivation! Good job!
