OH.MY.FREAKING.OUCH!!! I did some lunges around the gym and some other leg exercises Monday, and the aftermath has been kicking my Arse, literally!! It hurts to bend down, to sit, to stand up, to lift my legs even a couple of inches off the ground. I am in so much pain!! It took me 5 minutes to get out of bed this morning.
I knew day two would be painful but got dang, I am a walking stiff.
I just started working out again and I'm super sore too...probably not as sore as you are, but pretty darn sore! I HATE the first few days of a new workout routine! h well, The worst part should be over for us soon...I hope!
