prayers needed-OT *Update post 14

My dog has been sick all day today and it's breaking my heart. She keeps throwing up/having diarrhea. We're going to take her to the vet hopefully tomorrow. She's just so weak and miserable and I feel like there is nothing I can do so if you could please pray she gets well soon it would be much appreciated.

I will pray that everything is okay. I am so sorry to hear that. My dog was sick last week and the next day she was back to herself. I hope she feels better soon!

hopefully it is just something she ate or the heat. Hope all goes well at the vet.

Aww poor little thing! I love my dog so much, shes just like one of my kids and it breaks my heart when she isnt well. Hope she gets better soon!

Aww poor doggy. I hope she is better really soon. My dog did that once we never did find out what was wrong with her but I think it was a mixture of stress and something she ate. She used to have seperation anxiety and would get really sick totally randomly and then she'd be fine a day or two later. Since I've been a SAHM she has been fine though.

Poor baby!

I hate when my animals are sick. I hope your furbaby just ate something yucky and is working it out of her system. Try to get her to drink at least a little water. Being so tiny, she can probably dehydrate pretty quick. Even if she vomits after, at least a little will stay in there. Poor thing

It's so upsetting...please keep us posted!

I took her to the vet this morning and they think that it was from a hamburger dh decided to give her on saturday. They also think she may have gotten tapeworm but we are going to get that taken care of after. She was given a shot of antibiotics and fluid to help her now (which she now has a sack of fluid hanging off the side, and it looks funny) and some antibiotics to take home. I could tell on the drive home she was already feeling better because she started growling at a billboard and tried to lick condensation off of my cup.

Thank you so much for the prayers and good thoughts. It makes me so happy to see she's feeling better and I think even Darcy was sad she was sick since she would kick me when Ju was in my lap.
