You NEED to eat all of them. You cannot carry them over to the next day. Eat more fruits and veggies, and make sure you are getting plenty of calcium since you are BFing. Also, are you getting your oils (2 tsp a day)?

alot of times if i have left over points- i go over my healthy foods list see what i am missing- most of the time its the dairy- so i'll have a huge glass of milk- or make a smoothie- something healthy to use them-
