Tuesday July 20

Breakfast: Grape nuts cereal w/ sliced fresh strawberries (fat free milk)
Lunch / Dinner: Turkey & cheese sandwich w/ chips (I eat low fat lunch meat, fat free chese, and fat free lays potato chips)
Snacks: chips ( baked scoops ) & salsa, 100 cal. pack, dinner roll at work...lol, weight watcher ice cream bar

So by lunch/dinner do you mean you ate the same thing twice... or is that all you had for both meals?! Cause girl I don't think that's enough food!

Lol...that's all I had for both meals and I ate that around 4ish. I worked last night and didn't have time to eat anything else. I got home around 10:30 and I don't like to eat anything that late right before bed.

I guess the chips and salsa and the 100 cal pack were like my lunch...lol

I'm sure my meals will be a little heftier today because I'm meeting a friend for lunch and probably going out to eat somewhere with Zach tonight (so no breakfast for me today since me and Peyton are just now getting up and around and it's almost 10 here). I'll update tonight!

Wednesday July 21

Let me just start by saying this was my cheat day.....

Breakfast: nothing

Lunch: Pulled Pork BBQ w/ half the bun and french fries dipped in ranch dressing and cottage cheese (soooooooooooo bad!!!)

Dinner: Country fried steak w/ mashed potatoes, green beans, and mac & cheese from Cracker Barrel!!! (Even worse!!!! but I didn't eat the whole meal at least)

Snack: Individual package of M&M's

I'm embarrased!!!

Breakfast: Grapenuts w/ skim milk
Lunch: Smart Ones Dinner (Creamy Rigatoni w/ broccoli and chicken..yum!) and 100 cal pack

Dinner: Grapenuts w/ skim milk

Didn't eat much today! I just feel like I don't have time! haha

Friday July 23rd

Breakfast: Cinnamon Raisin Bagel w/ 1/3 less fat cream cheese

Lunch: 6" Subway (oven roasted chkn breast w/ lettuce, pickle, and lite mayo on wheat) w/ apple slices and diet coke

Dinner: a few bites of a side salad at work (got busy didn't have time to finish it!)

Saturday July 24th

Breakfast: Grapenuts w/ skim milk

Lunch: 2 soft shell tacos from taco bell

Dinner: 2 slices pizza from local pizza place

Not the most healthy lunch and dinner but I don't think I over did it too much!

Sunday July 25th

Breakfast: Special K Chocolately Delight & strawberries w/ skim milk

Lunch: Spicey Chkn Sandwich & Curly fries from hardees (so should not have had this!!)

Dinner: Smart Ones dinner (creamy rigatoni w/ broccoli and chkn)

Monday July 26th

Breakfast: Special K Chocolately Delight w/ strawberries and milk

Didn't really have lunch.....had a small cookie dough blizzard from dq

Dinner: Grilled pork chop, instant mashed potatoes, carrots & green beans

Snacks: 100 cal pack...weight watcher dessert

Tuesday July 27th

Breakfast: Special K Chocolately Delight w/ strawberriers and milk

Lunch: Smart Ones dinner & kraft mac & cheese

Dinner: I have to work so I proly won't eat but I"ll update if I do!

Snacks: weight watcher dessert...handful of fat free potato chips
