This little girl seems to be strictly hanging out on my right side. I hardly EVER feel any movement on my left side. Is that normal? What could it mean? I just get paranoid about everything , like whats wrong with the left side of my uterus, can she not get over there??
I have felt movement on my left side...ONCE. And she moves almost non stop. Especially when I'm trying to rest. I never asked the doctor if something was wrong because I just assume she favors my right side. I know there are reasons why but I don't have a medical answer. My doctors say she is fine and I'm happy with that.
For a long time, Acorn was favoring my left side. Then, she decided that she loved wedging her head in my right hip and did that exclusively for a long time (including this morning -- love you little girl, but move!!!!!). Ask your doctor if you're worried about it -- I'm sure you'll get some peace of mind.
My baby boy lives on the left side of my belly. I see and feel a big bump - his butt and his legs move all the time. Today I have been in bed for several hours, on my left side and I think baby is not liking it too much so my whole belly was moving.
Kaylee sits on the left and punch/kicks on the right - when we had the BPP the u/s tech was laughing because Kaylee made it super easy for her to measure my fluid levels because most of it was in the empty space she made over there. DS favored the left. Baby's like to find the spot where they feel most comfy and sit there whether we like it or not!
Yeah, I'll ask my doctor about this on monday. It's not a huge concern, enough so that I NEVER remember to ask about it during my rushed through appts...errg! I'm glad to hear others have had this tho. I have a feeling she just likes snuggling in the same spot. She basically has her head buried in my placenta, which is up top. At my 24 week ultrasound the tech kept calling her placenta head! haha
I feel almost all movement on my right side. Some head or butt pushing off the left, but the "good stuff" seems to be all happening on the right.
