Using their Wii to get in shape? I love using this, it gives me a good workout and I've lost 3 inches off my waist already. I was doing the Wii fit plus for 6 days and it wasn't doing anything for me. But when I switched to the EA active: more workouts I can see it already. Dont know how much weight i've lost but I can tell i've lost inches and my belly has gone down ALOT...

I did read an article on the worst ab exercises and traditional crunches were one of them. There is a workout on this thing just for abs that i can do everyday that's only 12 min long, plus there is a 6 week challenge that i'm doing, as well as others that i can do. I try to workout for an hour and a half everyday and with 4 kids it's not easy. But if i only get half done then an hour or so later I go back and do the rest.

But I haven't seen anyone else that says their using it. So was just wondering if i was the only one.

well like i said I tried the Wii fit plus and I like it but I didn't really work up a sweat or anything. So if you want a good workout try the EA active: more workouts. It's hard but its a good workout. I love it.. On the Wii fit I would do all the strenght training and yoga and it would take me an hour. The workouts on the Ea active are only like 25 min long on average. Some are lower and some are higher but the longest one is like 43 min but it's really hard...

We actually just got a Wii, and I was telling DH that I wanted to get the Wii Fit. Sounds like I will look for the EA workouts instead. Thanks for the tip!

Try the Wii Fit Plus-

you can customize the yoga & strength training, so it cuts out all the middle man BS- of scoring how you did etc...

so a 1/2hr yoga- only takes you 1/2 hr-

it is WAY better- & new games
