I had a higher than normal BP this AM. I'm usually around 120 something over 70 something. I go twice a week because that's what my OB practice does. So, I've had a million BP's. The only time it was elevated before was when this same tech did my BP. I had another nurse retake the BP about 10 minutes later on that visit and it was back in my normal range. I kind of wonder if this tech doesn't take good BP's. The only reason I don't completely blame it on her is that I had a huge coffee and a bunch of sugar today. Which is something I almost never do. So, that could really raise it as well. It was 138 over 34 today which they weren't worried about. Just makes me a bit worried.

Hopefully it was the extra caffeine and sugar! Hope it's back to normal for you at your next visit!!
