last jan 2009 i started a diet i was 245lbs and by August i got down to 185lbs i lost 60lbs than i started eating bad and got pregnant the 1st week of October and i went up last week i was 220 and i think i am more this week i was 236 when i was 39 weeks pregnant so i had lost 16lbs but starting monday i plan on watching what i eat,walking and using the wii to work out.. my goal was 145lbs and thats what it will be again....
Below is my weightloss ticker. This is not for the pregnancy weight to come off as it has pretty much all came off. The rest of it is just what I've been wanting to loose for a while now to get back to my healthier weight!
