my little boston terrier shows up with a giant gash in her side. We have no idea how she did this in our backyard. I had to take her to the vet at 10PM and we will be picking her up at 7. We ended up taking out an interest free (for 6 months) credit card at the vet b/c it costs a whole heck of alot since she had to be knocked out and stitched up. Then they have to give her antibiotics. It stressed me out so bad i had panic attacks and actually yelled (when it first happeend) at the dog. I feel so terrible for this b/c I jsut felt like i could not take anymore suprises and issues but I love her and wish i had never screamed at her. Sometimes i overreact as I am not good with suprises. Anyway we have to really baby her for the next few days as she can't be outside since she could get infected. (

I am very sorry about your dog Amy. Don't feel bad for yelling at her.. it is all hormones. She knows you love her. Take care of your furry girls!

I am right there with you on the panic attacks, you didn't mean to yell at your dog. I am so sorry that your dog got hurt good thing they were able to stitch him up and he will be back to normal soon!

Poor dog!! I hope she heals quickly... and don't feel too bad for yelling. You are pregnant and hormonal. Just give her a little extra love!!
