I am down 1lb but I haven't eaten yet today so that is probably why LOL, I am also feel like my belly/muffin top is shrinking so I am good with that! I have been faithfully doing my abs while watching TV at night after the kids are in bed and it seems to be helping lots.
I am -3lbs. this week. I really need to start going to the gym to get some of my muscle back. I had just got my body about where I wanted it before I got preggo so I feel like I am starting back at zero. Ugh!
I am down a pound. I can't wait to lose a few more. It's so hard looking in the mirror at myself when I'm at the gym. It's like this weird body that's not mine is looking at me. It's so depressing. Once I get back down to a weight that's not foreign to me, I will be okay. I'm heavier than I've ever been (while not pregnant). Things are flapping and flailing around like mad and I don't know how to handle it. Lol
I understand how you feel Kilee-
I am starting from zero as well- before i got preggo i was so close to my goal weight-
the one good thing is we now have a head start- we Know how to do it- we just need to get it done-
my goal this time is to get it off faster & better then i did last time-
I'm a little late posting, but I am down 1lb from last week. It's the first week I've lost less than 5lbs, so I'm feeling a little discouraged. I lost so much weight before the three week mark (mainly water from all the swelling), but it felt so good to see those numbers go down so quickly. DH says a pound in a week is still really good, but I'd feel better if it was a little more... maybe next week!
Ok, I'm late in posting, but I did weigh myself, so here it is. I am still even. Haven't lost any weight or gained any, but I know I might be gaining muscle since I am walking all the time and hubby tells me he can see a difference.
