Had to post it because I am -1 Not huge, but I think my muffin top looks smaller so perhaps I am changing more than the scale shows? Where is everyone at today?

I am down 1lb but I haven't eaten yet today so that is probably why LOL, I am also feel like my belly/muffin top is shrinking so I am good with that! I have been faithfully doing my abs while watching TV at night after the kids are in bed and it seems to be helping lots.

I'm at 129 today, down one pound from last week. I'd like to lose five more. I started doing more ab work last week, and finally, some of my pre-pregnancy pants fit! Yay!

I am -2 today. My goal this week is to actually do my P90X EVERY day! Last week I only got in three days but I did walk every night.

I haven't changed any so =. A friend made a better than sex and well I ate it. I will do much better this week. I also need a kick in the butt to get back out and walk.

I am -3lbs. this week. I really need to start going to the gym to get some of my muscle back. I had just got my body about where I wanted it before I got preggo so I feel like I am starting back at zero. Ugh!

I am down a pound. I can't wait to lose a few more. It's so hard looking in the mirror at myself when I'm at the gym. It's like this weird body that's not mine is looking at me. It's so depressing. Once I get back down to a weight that's not foreign to me, I will be okay. I'm heavier than I've ever been (while not pregnant). Things are flapping and flailing around like mad and I don't know how to handle it. Lol

This week WI- 186.6

Difference of -2.6
Total -10.4

I understand how you feel Kilee-
I am starting from zero as well- before i got preggo i was so close to my goal weight-
the one good thing is we now have a head start- we Know how to do it- we just need to get it done-

my goal this time is to get it off faster & better then i did last time-

We are doing good so far!!
I was the most fit I had ever been in when I got preggo....now, I am just a flabby blob of out-of-shape! I cant even run 3 minutes straight!

Posting this a day late - remembered to weigh myself but forgot to post! LOL!!

Last weeks weight: 143 lbs
Yesterday's weight: 141 lbs
Total difference: 2 lbs

I'm a little late posting, but I am down 1lb from last week. It's the first week I've lost less than 5lbs, so I'm feeling a little discouraged. I lost so much weight before the three week mark (mainly water from all the swelling), but it felt so good to see those numbers go down so quickly. DH says a pound in a week is still really good, but I'd feel better if it was a little more... maybe next week!

1 pound a week is VERY healthy, don't get discouraged! Its better than gaining a pound.

Ok, I'm late in posting, but I did weigh myself, so here it is. I am still even. Haven't lost any weight or gained any, but I know I might be gaining muscle since I am walking all the time and hubby tells me he can see a difference.
