So on Monday I lifted weights. I didn't even do anything crazy, I only did 2 sets of each exercise. I can still barely move! Lol i tried to do cardio yesterday but that was a joke. I'm feeling even more sore today. I really don't want to go 2 days with no exercise. What do you do when you are sore? Do you just suck it up and workout or do you rest more? I'll probably just go for a long walk with the kids today. That's so boring though as far as exercise goes. I need to sweat a little to feel good.
Its good to warm your muscles when they are sore, so I suggest maybe taking a nice stroll (maybe push the stroller too). Its good to work those sore muscles, also drink more water. You may retain some water too because your body retains the fluid to repair the muscles.
