Since I've had my son, my energy level has been down in the dumps.. before I got pregnant - I would work out walking (with a walking DVD) going either 2 to 6 miles a day having no problems getting up in the mornings to exercise. But now it's like I have a hard time getting up in the ams, and if I do get up in the ams, I go to work and I fight sleep all the time on the road.

Any suggestions on how I can get my energy levels up so I can be energized to work out??

Obiously rest. Make sure you have a good, well-balanced diet. I know when I eat out a lot/frequently I start to drag and feel crappy. It may just take some getting adjusted to the new addition. I think I am starting to get used to getting 5-6 hours of sleep at night during the work week.
