Today was the first time I ran in almost a yr!!! It felt so good- I only went for a minute and a half, then took a break, then ran for 4 more minutes. I am so proud of myself for getting out there and doing it. Then when I got back inside, I did my 10 minute ab workout video. Boy did that feel weird! I haven't felt my ab muscles like that in forever! I am so excited to continue working out, but I will have to make sure I don't overdo it.
