This is the coolest thing ever! I can easily take the bus to the trail (a 10-minute bus ride), push Caleb in his stroller to the gym (he usually falls asleep), park him in the shade while he naps, and work out! All the machines are electric-free and use your own body's weight as resistance, and they include biceps and triceps arm machines (the kind where you pull down and push out), a calves/butt machine where you sit with your knees bent and then straighten your legs, a gazelle (you power it yourself), a push-ups bench, ab benches, and this one neat ab machine that I can't really explain. lol. It's a total body workout, located right against the riverfront and trail! This really motivates me, because I've missed working out on gym equipment!
