Today I had an awesome workout. It was only 20 minutes (30 with warmup/cool down) but I was exhausted at the end. I did HIIT on the treadmill and I felt soo good when it was over. The fastest I was able to go was 8.0 but for how out of shape I am and how short my legs are, that was really pushing it. I am going to try to incorporate this into my workouts twice a week. If you have not tried HIIT, you should look into it! The results are awesome. I used to do it back in the pre-kids stage of my life lol and it really leaned me out!
WTG! keep up the good work! I need to suck it up and get on the treadmill because days like today I can't run outside, it is so freaking humid I can barely even breathe just standing outside LOL, I have a treadmill but I really only use it in the winter. todays workout was less than great for me but at least I did something and with my diet I am feeling leaner already, love that feeling!!
