Today after I fed Thor, him and I did some stretches and worked on my abs, butt and thighs. I didn't do too much since my lower abs still are a little sore. Or maybe I am just that out of shape. I figured I would start out really slow and increase my workouts every couple days. Finding time to do it is proving to be annoying and quite a task. I figured a little bit each day is better than nothing at all. Sitting here whining about being out of shape is not going to make my any more toned or skinny.

Every little bit helps! I just started a mild workout routine as well. It's amazing what a bit of activity can do.

I am doing a 15 minute pp work out, and sometimes that is a stretch to fit it in. I figure something is better than nothing. We are busy moms with newborns.
