Today after I fed Thor, him and I did some stretches and worked on my abs, butt and thighs. I didn't do too much since my lower abs still are a little sore. Or maybe I am just that out of shape. I figured I would start out really slow and increase my workouts every couple days. Finding time to do it is proving to be annoying and quite a task. I figured a little bit each day is better than nothing at all. Sitting here whining about being out of shape is not going to make my any more toned or skinny.
