*1C. rice checks cereal with 1/2C. vanilla almond milk:150 cal.
*tofu chicken patty on whole grain sandwich thin with 1 tbsp. light mayo:310 cal.
*1/2C. blueberries & strawberries: 90 cal.
*6 oz. light yogurt : 110 cal.
*whole grain crackers(24) with laughing cow French onion cheese: 155 cal.
* 1 Italian ice: 80 cal.
drinks: 2 diet cokes and 40 oz of water: o cal.
I know i should be eating more but i just wasn't very hungry today =(
yes i am! Trust me i usually eat wayy more than that but my tummy was just upsetting me all day yesterday and i was really busy cleaning. Whenever i get at cleaning a lot i just lose track of time =[
I also supplement with formula when needed, witch is rare but she did have almost 6 ounces of formula yesterday!
