I started a food diary before we got this sub-forum but i stopped writing because, well my diet has been horrible and honestly i've been ashamed of it. I know starting this back up and sticking with it will help me eat better. I don't need to lose weight, i just need to eat healthier foods and a lot less junk! I've also been in a horrible habit of eating unhealthy snacks instead of real meals.

Breakfast: Bowl of multi-grain cheerios w/fat-free milk, chocolate dipped granola bar (not sure the real name of it)
Snacks: 3 chocolate chip cookies, Ritz crackers w/peanut butter & honey (I know it sounds odd but i'm addicted to this combination), Cheesy mashed potatoes
Lunch: (see above) ... I told you i've been bad about this lately...
Okay so there it is. I hate writing all of that down because i know it's terrible and TBH it's not even as bad as most days lately. But it really does help motivate me to eat better. If i stop writing in here, i need you all to track me down and get my butt back in here! lol.

I love costco! Does yours have those coffee smoothie things? I love those and they are so cheap! (and horrible for you I'm sure!)
I swore off soda in 7th grade and never looked back. I've never had a cavity and haven't had it in so long I don't feel like I'm missing a thing! And good luck getting your veggies. If you don't like greens, try throwing some spinach in a smoothie with some blueberries. The berries mask the spinach flavor.
Yes they have the mocha frappes. Those are so good and cheap! lol. So i know i haven't been writing my food down but i've been eating one veggie a day. I'm really picky about vegetables but it's just about finding certain ones i like. For instance i like french style green beans so i've been eating those lately.
