All right, girls... baby is flipped!!! So, I now am needing to walk to make sure he stays put Soooo... I'm going to walk today and I'll post how far and for how long. I think it will be downstairs on the treadmill because our area is VERY hilly and I can't get very far pushing DD without my heart really pounding at this weight, plus at dusk and later, we have to worry about bears and mountain lions... so.... treadmill it will probably be

Wooo hooo! Bears and mountain lions, wow! I just stay inside because of the heat, and it gives me almost an hour of alone time. DH will watch Carter while I go exercise, and thats kinda nice too!

Did 30 minutes on the treadmill tonight, started getting a little crampy, plus I was tired so I stopped a little early.

I have to skip my walk today. DH isn't home yet and I have to leave for a party by 5:30 so I think I'll just go and have a nice time tonight and walk tomorrow. I may even try a double walk.

I didn't go for a real walk today, but I did take the boys to 2 grocery stores and was walking there for quite awhile. Then when hubby got home it was really close to looking like a downpour, so I cut the grass while he trimmed around everything, so I guess that'll have to do for now. I'm not feeling motivated enough to get on the treadmill.

Shopping and mowing the grass? That's enough exercise for two days, Kris. You're amazing!
I cut the grass once while pregnant with my first and I was so close to passing out my DH made me promise to never cut grass again. Apparently I'm too weak for it.
I have tons of shopping to do today myself but if I'm not too exhausted after that(why do they make the parking lots and stores so big?)I'll take a walk.

Only got a mile in this morning because of some....digestive issues. Glad I was on the treadmill and not outside!

I really enjoy cutting the grass and our yard isn't too big, but I can't trim to save my life!

Hope you're feeling better Amanda.

No official walk today, but we were at the Day out with Thomas (the train) today for about 3 hours and it was HOT! The ride was only about 20 minutes, so the rest of the time we were walking/standing.

Got my 28 minute walk in. It was so hot. I could barely get my swollen feet into my sneakers. My hands started to swell and throb. Ugh.
I tell people when they compliment me on my appearance that they should see me in the last few weeks when I swell up like a balloon. They never believe me but here I go again.
On the ball right now and I'm just gonna sit and stretch. I'm too tired and swollen to attempt yoga. Maybe just deep breathing.

Somehow we mustered up the energy to detail and wash the truck and the car. We are EXHAUSTED now, but glad it's done. I got the car seat for the kid I watch installed, but I still need to get the baby one in.

Hey fit mamas! I'm a little late to the party but have been pretty active throughout the pregnancy and have been good with walking regularly lately, so I thought I'd start checking here after I discovered this thread today.

Yesterday, I did four miles on our local greenway. Today, I didn't walk but did 30 minutes on my stationary bike. (Not sure if that helps the same as walking is supposed but at least my body is getting something out of it.)

WTG Bev! Glad you've joined us!
I skipped my walk today because of all day thunderstorms. I was going to drive over and walk in the mall but I decided to take a nap instead. First nap I've had in ages! It was nice.

Bev- stationary bike counts in my book!!

3 miles tonight and 2 contractions during it. Only one was strong enough to actually stop me though. Finished the 3 in 50 minutes.
