It would have been more but I went without solid foods for 3 weeks so last Tuesday I finally got the okay to have real food and I ate whatever I wanted. Today I'm back to counting calories and watching my portion sizes.
On a side note I bought some of that new Silk Almond milk. The plain is 60 calories and 2.5 grams of fat per cup. It's really good! I don't really care for regular milk but this stuff is really rich and creamy.
